I wrote music to accompany the poem I had written and decided to perform and record it.
I eventually made this video which i am sharing
I’m in way too deep,
My mind has gone astray.
Self-doubt again, has a hold of me,
I struggle; however, I can’t get away.
Making me assume what’s not at hand,
Everything I cannot stand.
Pleading intensely with myself,
This jealousy I cannot help.
In agony of not knowing what is there,
Not commendable of your love is what I fear.
In my mind, the worst of all wars,
Thoughts of non-deserving are wearing on me,
Unwanted, but this is all I see.
